I am trying to upgrade to the latest version of keto. I went through the breaking changes and it says that keto migrate namespace has been removed. So whats the command now to migrate data from version 0.8 to v0.9

Namespace migrate is only required to go from v0.6 to v0.7 or v0.8 iirc
