Yes, currently this is a manual process (you write us an email), but we plan to offer a self-service interface for this.

Yes, that is also possible - I will be working on a tutorial around email templates etc. next week.

Yes, currently you need to build some automation with the ory cli to bulk upload/create identities. But we will also offer some more convenient tooling for this down the line :slightly_smiling_face:

I need i18n for emails (through webhook or templates) so this is mandatory if I want to use cloud
