As some of you have noted we have made some changes to the Ory Community Slack.
To make it less confusing here is a brief summary of the changes:

Please not that - while we strive to do so - the Ory team can not guarantee to answer all and every question in a timely manner. We also can't provide support for production issues in the open channels.
