Hi, I noticed a strange behavior in the recovery process. If you deactivate an identity, the recovery process still sends an email with a recovery link or recovery code to the email address of the identity. Is this intentional or is it a bug? I was able to reproduce the behavior with the Quickstart setup and the Kratos NodeJS Selfservice UI.

I think it’s a known bug. I saw it on GitHub issue.
