Does Kratos support OTP MFA via email yet? I see a `login_code` parameter in the courier config, but no mention of it elsewhere in the MFA settings.

Darn! Do you have any recommendations on where to start to add it? Feels like it should be simple enough as the courier code and MFA workflow is already there.
