The documentation for admin/identities says that there can be empty pages in between pages with results... <https://www.ory.sh/docs/kratos/reference/api#tag/identity>
How am I supposed to write something which fetches all users then? If there are more than x pages without results?

also the first page is 0 and not 1 counter to what is written in the documentation
