My suggestion: 1. socialize your target architecture with build and run components 2. Make a list of problems aka errors you found in each category 3. Write up your solutions or desired state , and open GitHub Issues for each after checking if someone else already had similar problems 4. Contribute your solutions including documentation to the GitHub repository and a maintainer would review 5. Contribute to the documentation since it helps everyone 6. Schedule a call with an engineer using the ory.sh website 7. Write me a DM if you need more specifics

Thanks. Still evaluating vendors but will definitely take a look at contributing back particularly to docs if we go with Ory. Do you know when the next tagged release will be for Kratos? Seems like its not really been in any sort of regular release cadence since the stable version in July despite it clearly being very actively worked on, with stuff thats super helpful like SMS verification being merged in in last few weeks. We could build from source but would be nice to have a simple pre-built Docker image regularly released.
