There have been no new Kratos releases since v1.0, which was almost 6 months ago. Not even any security fixes. Is this intentional?

I'm wondering the same.
I can't seem to run migrations either after commit 2cb3ea2eaff909ac936611d5653f69e713f41b64
which blocks all the later fixes.
