Hello all, Is it possible to subscribe for events or retrieve updates through an API when using Keto? I'm interested in incorporating Keto into my workplace, and I'm curious about how I can implement a search/list operation that takes ACL into account efficiently. To achieve this, I'm considering creating a service that can monitor changes in Keto and construct a search index (in ElasticSearch) that is ACL aware. Please advise, Thanks!
