I am having a problem in the latest build of Kratos where verification and recovery emails are never delivered because the thread that monitors them never runs. I believe this may due to some interval setting. Does anyone know what can be causing this and how to fix it?

Do you start Kratos using the --watch-courier flag? Alternatively you can run just the courier in a separate thread/container.
