Can ORY Network supports sign in with phone number and SMS based OTP, and phone number verification with SMS based OTP, and how?

No, Ory Network does not support SMS OTP. We currently support Email one-time code for login and registration <https://www.ory.sh/docs/kratos/passwordless/one-time-code>

Support for message integrations (Whatsapp, SMS etc.) is on our roadmap, but I can't give a timeline on when that will be live and usable.

For Account verification it's also through email at the moment <https://www.ory.sh/docs/kratos/self-service/flows/verify-email-account-activation>
