How do I proxy the same url path from 2 different microservices? Do I have to have 1 oathkeeper instance for each?

For example i have <http://api1.example.com/health|api1.example.com/health> and <http://api2.example.com/health|api2.example.com/health>, how can I rewrite either of the URLs in oathkeeper?
