Hey ory team! We’ve been having issues with actions lately, as some of the webhooks are not coming through. We are using after registration hook, but some of the registrations are dropping out of the loop. At least the emails with + signs in them are systematically dropped, but we have noticed this kind of behaviour on random accounts even without plus sign. Do you have some tooling available what we can use to solve the issue? Can we access some way the logs or do we need your assistance to figure out why this is happening.

Hi @jolly-church-81926 Unfortunately we don't have a way of exposing logs of the projects yet. We will take a look on our side if we see anything
