LDAP is not part of Ory natively.
If you are interested in the reasons behind and possible workarounds, have a look at this excellent comment:

This is probably the closest thing we have to LDAP in the Ory Network: https://github.com/i-core/werther

I dont see it coming anytime soon though, we consider it more a “legacy” protocol.
OAuth2 and OIDC are the equivalent technologies that we are building on. SAML is also coming.
I think the most productive avenue would be if you reach out to sales@ory.sh. They discuss the case with you and our product team and potentially add this feature to our roadmap.

I mean, highly probably we will need to support authentication with SAML, and in case that we don't have with Ory, I'd like to know if you have an estimated date, and/or if you know if there is an alternative to use it with Ory

It depends.
As I mentioned we allocate developers to work on features according to customer demand.
So if you are looking to become an Ory customer and SAML would be a requirement for you, the best way to get a commitment on delivery date is to reach out to sales@ory.sh or book a meeting.
@rich-thailand-93889 will discuss requirements, etc. with you and then bring this up when we do roadmap planning. Then we can give you a commitment to when this feature is available.
