Hi! Is it possible to manage the user's authentication options in Kratos like adding TOTP through admin APIs instead of the settings flow that requires the user to have a Kratos session?

We are thinking about allowing users to manage their settings from an external application that authenticates user's through OIDC and we don't want to force them to authenticate again creating a Kratos session for accessing their settings.
