Hey, my coworker is running into issues authenticating into the console. He lost his password, but can recover his account with the code that gets email to him. After using it he's changing his password, hitting save, and it appears to work fine but when he tries logging in again his password is invalid.

Hey, that sounds very strange! Can he try signing out, and doing the recovery flow again? Maybe there is a problem with the password manager using the wrong password? Generally, the recovery flow is running with constant smoke and e2e tests, so it should not be an issue on the server side and we had no other reports so far. Hope this helps!

I am having this issue as well. I set a password on my console account because I wanted to use the CLI. Then after doing that my SSO account is not longer linked, and it errors out when trying to link it. And if I sign out of the console the password I set does not work and I have to do account recovery again each time to get back in.

I've reset it changed my password multiple times with simple and complex passwords and it doesn't work
