It seems that relation tuples in Ory Keto are not idempotent i.e. adding the exact same relation tuple multiple times will just create copies of it. Then when deleting them, they are deleted one-at-a-time. Any insight into why that is the case?

I was thinking of this as well, do we have to check, before every relationship insertion, if the relationship exists already? Otherwise duplicate relationships can mess up the deletions.
