Good evening. We need to implement the SP part of SAML in Kratos (to integrate with external SAML IdPs). We’ve seen that there are two different possible starting points: https://github.com/ory/kratos/pull/3219 and https://github.com/ory/kratos/pull/2653 Which one would you prefer for us to use as a starting point to base the implementation on? In other words, which approach, if we finish it, has more options of actually be integrated as part of the main Kratos branch eventually?

Hello @bored-honey-65381 Can you please reach out to the team at https://www.ory.sh/contact/ ? We offer support agreements for this kind of thing now. Otherwise it is hard to make a prediction as to what will make it into the main branch or not - definitely planning to add SAML there, but looking for companies like yours that would like to adopt it. FWIW I think https://github.com/ory/kratos/pull/3219 is the “latest” PR in that direction, but if you are planning to use this in production I would suggest to reach out to the team above and get this set up properly.
