What is the design idea of “flow”? How to consider the problem of increasing data volume?

I’m confused by this and worried about the data volume growth.

What do you mean by `increasing data volume`? More users?

Flow table records are added during visits, so if there are a large number of visits, flow table will have a lot of useless historical data.
