Is it possible to set custom domain for authorizer server under some path? e.g. instead of `<http://auth.mydomain.com|auth.mydomain.com>` something like `<http://api.mydomain.com/auth|api.mydomain.com/auth>`?

Hi, this is not possible right now and so far also not planned. Is this setup not working for you?
